“Christmas with Metros” was a signature project of the Leo Club of Nawala Metro conducted at the Gampaha Girls’ Children’s Home to spread the true spirit of Christmas among underprivileged female children.

The project focused on bringing joy and a sense of belonging by providing personalized gifts, newly tailored Christmas frocks, and a meaningful festive experience.

Leo members actively participated in planning, sewing the frocks, and organizing the celebration to ensure a personal and heartfelt impact.

The final day of the project included dressing up the children, light makeup, and a special visit from Santa Claus, creating moments of excitement and happiness.

The project successfully created lasting memories while strengthening values of empathy, teamwork, and service within the Leo Club of Nawala Metro.
